About the Stoneham SEPAC
The Stoneham Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is a volunteer organization made up of parents and providers of children with disabilities, both in-district and private/out-of-district placements.
According to state law, the SEPAC is a required advisory group to the School Committee.
WHAT SEPAC DOES
- Provide feedback to the School Committee and the school district on special education programs and policies.
- Participate in the district’s planning and development of programs.
- Serve as a liaison between parents of students with special needs and school district administrators.
- Offer information and education to the community on a range of topics related to disabilities, resources, remediation approaches and other education issues.
Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7 PM via Zoom – contact us for the link
All are welcome to attend. This includes all families or interested parties including Stoneham School Staff.
